Goal
The Netherlands Rescue Dog Deployment Foundation (SIN) was founded in 1992 at the request of the Ministry of the Interior, as an umbrella organization for the use of rescue dogs in the Netherlands. The SIN acts as the link between citizen rescue dog teams and the government. The Ministry has created a national contact point for the use of dogs in disasters, missing persons and emergencies.
